Kalkyl (the “App”) is a mobile app, product and service made by nordic io AB (“nordic io”, “We”). We make Kalkyl available to you subject to the following Terms of Use (“Terms”). Do not use the App if you do not accept these Terms. If you use the App, you affirmatively accept these Terms.
The App is for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell for any commercial purposes any portion of the App, use of the App or access to the App.
By using the App, you are consenting to our processing of data as set forth in our Privacy Policy here: https://kalkyl.io/privacy.html
We have the right to refuse any and all current or future use of the App at any time.
The terms Kalkyl, Kalkyl Pro, nordic io; the Kalkyl logo; and other nordic io logos and product and service names are the exclusive trademarks of, and are owned by nordic io, and you may not use or display such trademarks in any manner without our prior written permission. Any third party trademarks or service marks displayed in the App are the property of their respective owners.
nordic io reserves all rights not expressly set forth in these Terms.
By paying the subscription fee, you gain access to Kalkyl Pro during the time your subscription is valid, subject to these Terms.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
In-app purchases, can only be refunded by Apple and with Apple’s consent. More information about the procedure is available here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039
Some of the content provided in Kalkyl Pro is available from third parties for free online - e.g. the currency exchange rates are available from ECB here: https://www.ecb.europa.eu
nordic io does not warrant that the App, its functions, or content will be uninterrupted, or error free, or that defects will be corrected. The App is provided on an ‘as is’ basis. You agree that your use of the App is at your sole risk.
nordic io will not be liable to you for any damages of any kind arising from your use or inability to use the App. nordic io’s liability for monetary damages for any claims that you may have against the company is limited to the amount you actually paid for the App.
These Terms and the use of the App are governed by the laws of Sweden, except for its conflicts of laws principles. All claims arising out of, or relating to, these Terms or the App shall be resolved by the Swedish public courts, whereby the District Court of Lund shall be the court of the first instance.
These Terms may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you.
